- Advise and assist you with any additional information requests, and will lodge the additional information on your behalf
- Contact you to advice the outcome of your application as soon as possible after we receive a decision from the Department of Home Affairs
- Explain any visa conditions attached to your visa to ensure that you understand how to comply
- Assist you with any questions you have after the grant of your visa
